  Went in store to purchase a dog stroller today and the manager went above and beyond to help, even to the extent to put it together for me so my invalid cavalier King Charles and I could walk out and go exploring straight away. Could not of asked for better service.

  This place is a great combination of the fancier inner city style pet stores and a rural style feed/farm store. There's a good range of feed (chook food, bird, hay etc) available in bulk as well as a massive section for dogs and cats and a solid range of aquarium supplies and fish. The prices for the bulk dog, cat and chook feed i get are great and the staff are friendly and help me get it to my car. Parking is easy so even though it's a little out of my way it's actually more convenient than other options.

  The staff here are always happy, friendly, and will do anything to help. I always visit a PetStock for all my pet supplies for this very reason. The staff genuinely care, are interested in your animal, and don't hassle you to buy things you don't need. They stock a large range of supplies, at good value, and they have a good loyalty program which pays back quite a bit. Always happy to recommend PetStock.

  Friendly staff, products are pricey, but so are all Pet stores, DIY dog wash comes in handy, wish there was a DIY grooming section too
